Terms of Service

A plain-language summary of the terms for using Inqua. It isn't a substitute for the full terms.

The service

Inqua lets you query your connected Salesforce org in natural language. It is provided on an “as is” basis, and features may be updated over time.

Read-only access

Inqua issues only read-only queries against your Salesforce org and validates queries before they run. You are responsible for ensuring the Salesforce user you connect has appropriate permissions.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate Salesforce's terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. Don't attempt to access data you aren't authorized to access.

Availability

We don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We'll do our best to keep things running and to communicate clearly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inqua is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
