Terms of Service
The service
INQUA provides natural-language SOQL, dashboards, query building, Data Import, optional Data Sync, and a sample-data demo. The service is provided on an “as is” basis and may change over time.
Salesforce access and writes
Live SOQL querying is read-only and queries are validated before execution. Data Import can insert records or upsert them by a selected External ID through Salesforce Bulk API only when you review and explicitly confirm an upload; it does not delete records. You are responsible for the connected user's permissions and for reviewing mappings, transformed values, row counts, and validation results before any insert.
Your data and responsibilities
You must have the right to upload, query, sync, and process the data you provide. Do not upload secrets or data that the service is not authorized to process. Account metadata, conversations, dashboard/query definitions, Data Import files and prepared workbooks, and optional warehouse copies are stored as described in the Privacy Notice until removed through product controls or account deletion. AI-generated queries, answers, mappings, and transformations can be wrong; review them before relying on an answer, prepared workbook, or Salesforce upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to violate Salesforce's terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. Don't attempt to access data you aren't authorized to access.
Availability
We don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We'll do our best to keep things running and to communicate clearly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, INQUA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You may disconnect Salesforce or permanently delete your account from User settings. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
